So how did this all get started? After 20+ years in management and sales in corporate America, it was time to follow my own dreams and turn them into goals. What I enjoyed most about my job was coaching and mentoring others. It was my area of expertise so I built a business around it. I developed this community to help and support women through their goal journey. Empower them to achieve their goals while holding them accountable. Give them a place to go to gain support from other women taking their goal journey. Plus, coaching, training, workshops, and tools on mindset because if your head isn’t in the right place, it's really difficult to achieve goals.

Meet your Coach & Mentor...
I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I am Pamela White your future coach and mentor. I have been in management and sales in corporate America for over 20 years. During that time my main focus has always been on coaching, mentoring, and training my employees to achieve greatness by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Most importantly I motivated and supported them while keeping them accountable for the goals they set.
Now I am using those skills I have perfected to help others. I made the decision when I started my own private coaching business that I was going to work exclusively with women. I strongly believe that women should empower women. That we should lift each other up instead of trying to break each other down.
One thing I love experiencing with the women I work with is when they go through the process of reinventing themselves. When they have that aha moment of this is what I want to do and who I want to be now. How do they make that happen? By creating a path to get there through goal setting and being accountable.
I am looking forward to helping you take those first steps toward achieving your goals like I have with so many others. Helping them get over that feeling of overwhelm and frustration while keeping them accountable.
